This form is used for applying license for recruitment of migrant workmen in any establishment. After getting the license the contractor can only employ the migrant workmen in any establishment. The application should be accompanied by treasury receipts showing the payment of the prescribed license fee and security deposits (if any) and a certificate in Form IV from the principal Employer. |
