The Arunachal Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Preparation of Electoral Roll) Rules, 2002 is formulated under the section 106, for regulating the preparation of electoral rolls for conducting elections to Gram Panchayat, Anchal Samiti and Zilla Parishads of the State. The electoral roll for the Gram Panchayat, Anchal Samiti and Zilla Parishad Constituency shall prepare and revised an Electoral Registration Officer. |
