The Arunachal University (Amendment) Act, 1993 which was introduced in the year 1984 has been amended with certain modifications in some sections of the original Act. Again It was amended in the year 1993. This Act has been amended for insertion or replacement of certain words and clauses to the actual one. Under section (5) in clause (3) after the word "persons", the words "and to withdraw any such diplomas, certificates, degrees or other academic distinctions for good and sufficient reason", in clause (7) for the word "posts", wherever it occurs, the word "position" , after clause (9) some important clauses shall be inserted. Amendments has been made in clause (23) (27) (27A) under section 5. And amendments has also been made in section 6,7,11,12, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 22A, 23, 23A, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 33, 40, 41, 43, 44 etc. |
