This Act is to provide for the extension of certain Central Laws to the State of Arunachal Pradesh. The Acts mentioned in the Schedule and all rules, orders, regulations and schemes are only applicable within the State of Arunachal Pradesh. Every order made under section 5 of this Act shall be laid before each House of Parliament. Some of the Schedules that has been referred in this Act are The Government Seal Act, 1862 (Sec 2), The Government Savings Banks Act, 1873 (Sec 5), The Foreign Recruiting Act, 1874 (Sec 4) etc. |
