TAWANG APRIL,05:-    Union Home Minister  Govt of India  Shivraj Patil  visited Tawang today  on 5th April,05 along with  the state Chief  Minister  Gegong  Apang, State  Chief  Secretary  Ashok Kumar, Director  General  of Police, ITBP, BSF,  Core Commander Army, Secretary NEC, Secretary  Tourism, and  other media persons etc. Chief Minister  G. Apang  apprised  the  people at Tawang Monastery on behalf  of  Union Home minister  that  he is very  glad  to visit Tawang  and  announced  Rs. 10 lakhs ( Ten ) for the maintenance and  renovation  of Tawang Monastery  School  and Museum thereof. Later on  the minister  visited  War Memorial where he and Apang paid  homage  to the soul of brave  soldiers  by lying wreath , from there he proceed to Arjuna  Hall of 90Mtn BRGD where he had an hour long  discussion  with the  Army  authority  in  security  related  matters.
