Naharlagun 17 Jan. - The Minister for Power, NCER, R&R and settlement,Dorjee Khandu has inaugurated the 30 KW capacity Dudunghar Micro Hydel project Scheme at Dudunghar in Tawang district on Jan 11 last. The project has been constructed by the Department of Hydro Power Development by dovetailing the funds provided under the border area development project (BADP). Sri Khandu was accompanied by Rev. T.G. Rimpoche, MLA, Lumla, Sri Tsewang Dhondup, MLA Tawang, Deputy Commissioner Sri K.Kholie, Executive Engineer (Deptt Hydro Power Development) Bomdila and other district officials. Speaking on the occasion Khandu assured to sanction Dadunghar Micro Hydel (1x30 KW) Ph-II to meet the requirement of the entire Dudunghar circle under Tawang district.     Rev. T.G Rimpoche and Sri Tsewang Dhondup while speaking to the huge gathering and stated that their dream for providing uninterrupted power supply to people has been realized. The DC Shri Kholie addressing on the occasion advised the officials of the Deptt of Hydro Power Development for proper maintenance of the Hydel project in future.
