Naharlagun, march 31-The Rashtrapati Bhawan has prohibited the use of the President's name and photograph for commercial advertisements. A Rashtrapati Bhawan communiqué said, many instances have been brought to the notice of the President's personal attention wherein his name and photograph are being used  for commercial advertisements. The communiqué asked not to exploit the President's name and photograph for commercial purposes.
