SECRETARY (IT) INAUGURATES FIVE DAYS WEB PAGE DESIGNING TRAINING PROGRAMME : ITANAGAR

Manish Gupta, Secretary IT, inaugurated a five day web page designing programme at State Secretariat on November 10. The program was attended by officials from department of IPR, AH & Vety, PWD, Labour and employment, Police, Land management and Power. The five day long program will be imparted by the state informatics officer Mr. D.K.Debnath, and assisted by faculty members from NIC Itanagar- Debasish Nath, SSA,. Jyotish Roy, SSA, Willa Namchoom, DIA-B, Gopal K. Sharma, DIA-and Damodhar Singh, DIA-B.

 Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Gupta expressed his happiness that the departments have taken interest and sent their officers in this paid training programme on Web designing. He said that web page is the best way in dissemination of news and also the cheapest means of communication. The secretary also appreciated the NIC unit for providing training. He called upon the trainees to take advantage of the training. Mr. D.K.Debnath, State Informatics Officer, who also spoke on the occasion, informed that the training programme has been taken up in right earnest and effort has been put up in ensuring providing a computer with internet connection for each trainee during the training.
