INTRA DISTRICT INDOOR TOURNAMENT INAUGURATED

Bomdila: Mrs. Y.W.Ringu, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bomdila inaugurated the West Kameng district indoor tournament at Multisports Complex, Bomdila on 15th January 2003. Large numbers of sportsmen are taking part in the three-event tournament. District Sports Association, Bomdila is conducting the tournament in connection with the Republic day celebration. While welcoming the guests and participants of the tournament, Dr. R.D.Thongchi, DTO (TB), Secretary, Multi Sports Club, Bomdila appraised them of the club and on the tournament. He added that the Club in collaboration with DSA, have been conducting the tournament every year. In this year there are only three events, i.e. Badminton, Table Tennis and Billiards.
